Attitude: Turning My Cup Upside Down

I made a point today to take 5 minutes for myself before heading out the door. I utilized my container to store my feelings of frustration and my stressors. I then did G.I.A...Gratitude, giving thanks for the many areas of my life that are truly fulfilling. Intentions, ensuring that my intentions for today have goals attached that can be accomplished, giving priority to the highest needs of completion. Lastly, I gave myself Acceptance and Affirmations, (perhaps I should put another A at the end? I gave myself grace and acceptance for my shortcomings as I am human, recognizing what I can improve upon. Ending with affirmations of who I am, how far I have come and how lucky I am to be doing what I do every day. Have a wonderful day and think about how your cup is half full.
