Attitude: Turning My Cup Upside Down

I made a point today to take 5 minutes for myself before heading out the door. I utilized my container to store my feelings of frustration and my stressors. I then did G.I.A...Gratitude, giving thanks for the many areas of my life that are truly fulfilling. Intentions, ensuring that my intentions for today have goals attached that can be accomplished, giving priority to the highest needs of completion. Lastly, I gave myself Acceptance and Affirmations, (perhaps I should put another A at the end? I gave myself grace and acceptance for my shortcomings as I am human, recognizing what I can improve upon. Ending with affirmations of who I am, how far I have come and how lucky I am to be doing what I do every day. Have a wonderful day and think about how your cup is half full.

Gratitude - Half Full

There is something to be said about cup half empty or half full. In my eyes, I would rather say Cookie 1/2 eaten, dang…I am almost done! With that cookie there is no half full, there is almost gone.

Crazed and Confused

Sometimes with the best intentions we start our day and then one thing happens and it falls apart. Your mind is outa sorts, you cannot focus on tasks and your mood has simply been set for the remaind

I want to say that as a country we celebrate many months for minorities. For obvious reasons, this is by far my favorite month! Lol. Though seriously speaking, the mere fact that we commemorate tho
